Rūma Rewards are our way of giving something back to our loyal customers for their trust in Rūma and our products. The more you spend with us, the higher up the rewards programme you will go, unlocking more Rūma Rewards. Every month, eligible tiers will receive personalised offers or benefits.

Anyone! If you’re already subscribed to Rūma marketing emails, you’re automatically enrolled. If you haven’t joined the Rūma family yet, simply sign up to our marketing communications using the form on this page.

On the first of each month, we’ll send an email to members in each tier. Eligible tiers will receive discount codes valid for that month.

Members in our Maison Tier may receive additional discount codes throughout the month for seasonal offers that are valid for a limited time.

If you have spent £249.99 or less in 12 months, you will be in our Nook Tier.

If you have spent over £250 in 12 months, you will be in our Abode Tier.

If you have spent over £500 in 12 months, you will be in our top tier - Maison.

You will be placed in the tier automatically depending on your spend over a 12 month period.

Nook: £0 - £249.99

Abode: £250 - £499.99

Maison: £500+

Our Rūma Rewards is not a points-based programme. The more you spend with us, the more rewards you will receive in our monthly emails.

The birthday gift you receive will be based on the tier you are in at the time of your birthday.

For example, members in the Maison tier will receive a £75 gift.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Ruma Rewards are loyalty offers and discounts awarded to customers for shopping with Rūma at www.ruma.co.uk.
  2. Our monthly rewards are distributed on the 1st of every month. These rewards can be used from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month.
  3. Delivery discounts can be used in conjunction with value discounts. Value discounts can not be used in conjunction with other value discounts.
  4. Our Maison tier members may receive additional offers or discounts throughout the month. The valid dates for additional discounts or offers will be specified in the email.
  5. Customers will be placed into a tier depending on their spend on www.ruma.co.uk in a 12 month period.
  6. Customers who spend £0-249.99 will be placed into the Nook Tier. Customers who spend £250-£499.99 will be placed into the Abode Tier. Customers who spend £500+ will be placed into the Maison Tier.
  7. Our Tiers are updated automatically, but our monthly rewards are given once a month. If a customer moves up/down a tier during that month, customers will receive the new tier offers from the following month.
  8. Customers must be logged into their account on www.ruma.co.uk when placing their order for the value to count towards your 12 month order total.
  9. Customers must subscribe and accept marketing communications from Rūma  to receive their rewards. Customers who have unsubscribed to our marketing communications will not receive our Rūma Rewards. 
  10. Ruma reserves the right to restrict access or remove the Rūma Rewards programme at its discretion. In this event, Rūma will communicate with customers to advise them about the changes.
  11. Rūma Rewards does not operate on a points-based system, and rewards have no cash value.
  12. Ruma reserves the right to amend the terms or benefits of our Rūma Rewards at any time. This may include, but is not limited to an increase or decrease in the level of rewards given, or adjust the tier level requirements.
  13. In the event that items are returned from the 12 month period, Rūma reserves the right to adjust your tier.
