All Ruma items are dispatched from our own warehouse in West Yorkshire using one of our partner couriers. Most items will be delivered between 7.30am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) although some couriers may be slightly earlier or later. You will be notified via email and/or SMS when your item(s) has left our warehouse so you are able to track your order.
The above timescales are our best estimate and that we aim to beat them in most cases. However, in busy periods, the above times may be slightly extended.
We are currently unable to deliver to Europe (including Ireland & Northern Ireland). We are working hard behind the scenes to overcome this problem and hope to be able to offer a solution in the near future.
