Did someone say promotion code?

Our marketing team may send out exclusive offers via our newsletter, so if you would like to be part of the Ruma family, you can sign up here.

I've forgotten to use my discount code - are Rūma able to apply this after my order has been placed?

Please contact our Customer Support Team here and we will see how we can help you. If you have already received your order, we will not be able to retrospectively add the discount to your order.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

We will be sad to see you go, but if you would like to unsubscribe, you can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of every newsletter email.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately not, our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The item I like is in the sale, can I still use my discount code?

That would be fabulous, but unfortunately not. Our unique discount codes can only be used on full priced items, unless otherwise stated.
