The Winter Edit - About The Trend With Jess

As the days grow shorter and the nights become longer, we spend more and more time at home. The Winter Edit is all about Winter home styling and creating a home that feels calm and grounded, encompassing deep, rich tones and layered textures.

Mood Lighting

Choosing the right lighting was an essential part of creating the Winter Edit. We have focused on layered lighting such as table lamps, floor lamps and pendants that create pockets of light throughout the home.

Whether it's a few wall lights throughout a hallway that cast a gentle downward glow, inviting you into the next room, or a small table lamp that diffuses light just enough to accent a cosy reading nook. Every choice is meditative and deliberate.

Layered Materials

With the cool and frosty conditions that settle in over winter, the Winter Edit leans into a richer, more cocooning style, built around warm, grounded colour palettes and beautifully layered materials. Think plush velvets and luxurious leather, working together to soften a space and add depth. These comforting textures are balanced with moodier, more sculptural elements such as dark metals, raw finishes and clean, contemporary glass silhouettes, creating perfect harmony between warmth and refinement. It’s this layered approach that gives winter interiors their character: inviting, cosy, and effortlessly elevated.

My Thoughts

Every piece in the Winter Edit was carefully curated by our in-house team to bring your home warmth and comfort this season. One of my favourite pieces from the edit is the Lois Textured Stoneware Vase. This textured stoneware vase paired with our Mulberry Faux Flower Bunch looks beautiful in any home, adding warmth and texture to your space.

The Winter Edit is all about creating an inviting home that’s ready for the longer nights and slower days. From moody, sculptural lighting to the soft, tactile textiles, each piece has been chosen to work in harmony, embracing grounded, seasonal colours that feel truly special. Whether you’re refreshing a room or simply adding a few thoughtful touches, the Winter Edit invites you to slow down and enjoy your home at its cosiest.
