We absolutely love selecting products for Rūma…speaking with suppliers, receiving gorgeous samples and finally seeing them on the website ready to go! It's serious business choosing our favourite items and curating a beautiful selection of products for luxury living…but someone’s got to do it!
All jokes aside there are a few things that are very important to us here at Rūma. As we source products globally we tap into the abundance of talent and sheer skill available worldwide. Working with incredible artisans means many of the products we sell are made or finished by hand, employing traditional techniques and craft. This ensures the final product has been created with care, attention and with the best possible materials and quality in mind.
Design - a crucial piece of the puzzle. Our in-house creative team thrive on creating a range that is not only modern and can work within current interior trends yet retains its own identity and can still work with today’s ever changing interior landscape.
Last but no means least is our endeavour to always work ethically. From the sourcing of materials and products to working with producers and ensuring working conditions are up to standard. Welfare across our whole manufacturing system is vital.
